Outdoor 12 24 32 48 72 96 144 Core ADSS Cable G652D Fiber Optic Cable
ADSS cable is loose tube stranded. Fibers, 250μm , are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound. it is covered with thin PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. After stranded layer of aramid yarns are applied over the inner sheath as strength member, the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS cable is being designed. For overhead power lines under 110kV, PE outer sheath is applied. FOR power lines equal to or over 110kV, AT outer sheath is applied. The dedicate design of aramid quantity and stranding process can satisfy the demand on various spans.

The structure of GYXTC8Y cable is to put 250µm optical fiber into loose tube made of high modulus material, which is filled with waterproof compound. The cable core is wrapped in a plastic-coated steel (PSP) and integrated with the steel strand into an 8-figure polyethylene sheath. Figure-8 self-supporting structure provide high tensile strength and enables easy and cost saving aerial installations.
Product Description
The structure of GYXTW fiber cable is a loose sleeve made of 250um fiber into a high modulus material. The loose casing is filled with waterproof compound. The loose casing is coated with plastic steel and armored on both sides and two parallel phosphated steel wire reinforcement on both sides of the cable. The outer layer is protected by a polyethylene sheath.

GDTA GDTS Optical Fiber Cable
Insert single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber into a loose tube made of high-modulus polyester material, loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metal reinforced core. Loose tube and insulated copper wire are twisted around the center strength member to form a compact round cable. The gap in the cable core is filled with a water blocking filler. Plastic coated steel tape (PSP) is longitudinally wrapped and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
