This 6-Petal 3 meter dish kit is easy to assemble, 20mmsquare tube aluminum is used for the Petal construction which are preassembled and ready to place to each other, the 10mm thickness
CNC aluminum centers (hub) are used to create a solid base.
The dish kit is supplied with a 3 or 4 leg feed support, all assembling parts and 6mm or 2.8mm square mesh, which can used up to 6cm band (max 6Ghz), option is 2.8m galvanized wire mesh, max frequency is 11GHz.

You need a Spanner No:10 and No:13 to assemble this 6-Petal dish

Construction: 2pcs CNC milled centers (hub) are used to mount 6 petal
Hub is 20cm round, 10mm thickness aluminum plate
Ribs made of 20mm square aluminum tube
4 inner rings are used to secure mesh

Outher rim made of 2* 3x20mm aluminum strip
Mesh secured by using of 2x20mm aluminum strip
3 or 4 leg feed support 15 or 20 square aluminum tube
Special U-clamp used to heavy duty 4-leg feed support
As option available rotor/ dish mount clamp

This 3m aluminum mesh dish antenna features a 6-petal design with F D=0.45, offering efficient assembly with pre-assembled parts and a lightweight build. Constructed with 20mm square aluminum tubes, 10mm CNC-milled aluminum hubs, and 6mm or 2.8mm mesh, it supports frequencies up to 11GHz. The kit includes a 3 or 4-leg feed support and ensures high gain performance (e.g., 43.3 dB at 5760 MHz).

This 3 meter Dish Kit can be used with our SPID Azimuth and elevation rotator.
