INNO I4 FUSION SPLICER MACHINE
Is system is a precision fiber alignment mechanism commonly used in fusion splicing and optical fiber alignment equipment. Unlike passive alignment methods that rely solely on mechanical features, active V-groove alignment utilizes real-time feedback from optical power measurements to dynamically adjust the fiber position for optimal core-to-core alignment. This method ensures minimal splice loss by actively moving the fibers within the V-groove channels along the X and Y axes during the splicing process. The “I4” typically refers to a splicer model or series that supports active alignment technology, offering enhanced accuracy and reliability, especially for single-mode fibers or bend-insensitive fibers like G657A1.
