Hotline Bail Clamp develops vibration proof connection on aluminium or ACSR conductor. This is at 30º angle from the stirrup. Professional-grade stirrup clamp made from high-strength aluminium alloy. Designed for secure and durable hotline connections in overhead power line systems. Ideal for OEM applications requiring reliable electrical and mechanical performance.

• Hotline bail clamp shall be suitable for using with PEA’S installed aluminium conductor and shall have diameter ranges as specified.
• Hotline bail clamp shall be suitable for using with clamp stick according to standard ASTM FI825-03

NOTE:

• The length (L) OF Figure 2 shall not be less than 44 mm.
• The hotline bail clamp shall be suitable for used on hotline operation by means of spring load Eyescrews. Angel between Bail and Eyebolts shall be between 30 and 45 degree according to the photos.
